NHU has invested in Shangyu, Zhejiang province, Weifang, Shandong province and Suihua, Heilongjiang Province, to help promote local economic development and the improvement of people’s living standards.

NHU donated 10 million yuan and 12 million yuan respectively to fight COVID-19 and promote five-water treatment. Together with her enthusiasm for education and public undertakings, she has set up scholarships in Zhejiang University, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and other universities to facilitate the continuous cultivation of chemical talents.
