1) Hello Amer, would please introduce yourself to our readers?
My name is Amer Rustom and I’m a 30 years old Lebanese blogger based in Dubai. Previously, I was a professional basketball player. I then decided to quit playing basketball, and in attempt to establish my own work I went back Lebanon and started to import goods from china. Months later, I got another chance in Dubai where I got a new career there.
2) How did you get into blog?
Actually when I got a career in Dubai, it was a time demanding one (8am-6pm, 6 days per week), I decided to work more on my Instagram. Since then, I started to collaborate with brands in Dubai and people from all over the world has interacted with my stories, lives and posts.
3) Was being a blogger a dream or a career you sought for?
Indeed, when realized how people were attracted to my content, it was my dream to grow my work more and gain more followers in an attempt to attract more brands and companies to collaborate with. At the same time, it started to be my fit zone where I got profits from. Hence, we can say it’s my dream career!
4) What’s the most rewarding thing behind doing your giveaways?
“Lebanese people” are my main target behind my giveaways. After the economic crisis and the difficulties Lebanese people have gone through in the past 2 years, I thought giveaways might spread some hope and positive vibes within the Lebanese people.
5) Collaborating with one like you would be a dream for many brands nowadays, which brand have you recommended till now?
I have done many collaborations through my journey as a blogger including Champs Gym in Dubai, Puka Juice, Royal Game, Ansari Exchange and many more.
6) Would you please tell us more about your company “Numbers Matter”?
“Numbers Matter” is a social media agency based in Dubai. It offers various services from A-Z social media management (individual accounts and business ones) to logos, to websites and branding on different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok…)
7) Do you like to give any insight through our stage for our readers?
Life is ups and downs, one must be self-confident and insistent to achieve his goal and dream. One must have faith, and my own one is to become one the best bloggers. I want to motivate people whenever visiting my account and spread positive vibes within their souls.
