Benjamin Broderick from Spokane, Washington has created an amazing automatic salad bar deli called Jumbles. The fresh and healthy food from Jumbles is distributed by a vending machine, just like a buffet. Using his robotics sense and 3D printing fascination Benjamin Broderick has introduced a complete package to healthy lifestyles. To introduce this project, Benjamin Broderick has recently launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter and is welcoming generous support and backing.
In addition, users can download the Jumbles app and select ingredients of their choice. The food is not strictly vegetarian but healthy, affordable and prepared under hygienic conditions. The users can use the app to select between a variety of nuts, spices, herbs, vegetables and seeds. A robotic deli buffet puts food on the plate and provides the salad bar options at all times without closing down, except for routine sanitizing and restocking.
